By paying for your service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
If you do not agree to this, do not make your payment.
Memorial Printing will accept all new orders and may verify the contents of the message before processing. Memorial Printing does not accept responsibility for errors made by the customer including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect picture formats or dimensions, incorrect dates, names, locations or spelling mistakes within material provided to us by third parties including poems etc.
Law Enforcement Information - The Memorial Printing terms specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, account holders agree that the company may disclose any and all the account holders information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition Memorial Printing shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.
Memorial Printing reserve the cancel or refund any order, at any time without reason.
Failure to Pay - Memorial Printing may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Subscriber to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges.
Payments and Fees - Payments which are not made to Memorial Printing for the service subscription may be turned over to an outside collection agency for collection. The account holder is subject to collection and administration fees involved in the collection of the funds. If you desire to cancel your account, you must contact us through the correct contact information found on our website, and receive full confirmation before considering your account closed. Until a confirmation email is sent to you, your account will still be billed.
Memorial Printing will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Memorial Printing makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Memorial Printing disclaims any warranty or merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Memorial Printing and its employees.
Alterations to Terms and Conditions - Memorial Printing reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of service at any time and these will typically be done by e-mail to customers, and edited online, but changes to the terms may not be broadcasted. Customers and users are requested to read our terms and Conditions on daily basis to keep updated with new changes. TOS can be requested by emailing sales@memorial-printing.com
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should contact us to have your order cancelled immediately.
By not contacting us or raising queries with our terms you solely agree that you have read and agree to all specifics.
